A trouble installing

Uppon instalation through PANDAFREEAV.exe it displays that there was a trouble instaling and instructs to download FREEAV.exe.
When using FREEAV.exe it reports "error 1606" being unable to install.

Error 1606: Could Not Access Network Location
This is a Microsoft issue you don't need to research on this just do as I say and it will be all working fine.
First You should uninstall your install components and try to reinstall the software again.
This would resolve your issue.
I can help you to uninstall panda software from your system
Follow these steps
1. you have to download panda genric uninstaller
2. now run this uninstaller as administrator right
And follow the steps
