[CLOSED] Question regarding reputation based alerts

Hey,

We are looking to protect our network against possible APT threats and one of the best solutions we could find is reputation based protection. In order to achieve maximum effectiveness, we would prefer that the product will alert the end-user in our organization when a suspicious file is detected on his PC, based on file reputation.

Currently as far as I know, nothing is said about when it alerts me if a suspicious file (low reputation) is found on my system.

I would like to know if any of Panda's AV products already include this feature (reputation based alerts). If not, how long before it becomes available for users?

Please be advised that reputation based reports and r.b. alerts are two generally different things.

Thanks for your comment, but I need to know specifically if the product alerts the user even before the file has been analyzed by an expert, but purely based on metadata (date first seen, directory, file popularity/distribution etc.)?

As my collegue mazdarov has said before, Panda corporate line will inform the end-user AND the administrator whenever a malicious software is found, this includes suspicious files that we detect using our heuristic technologies, that uses file metadata among other things.

Please contact your local Panda sales department so that they can offer you the products that suits more to your needs.
