Hi jorge,
ITs firewall protection, that is causing the issues. Let me know what to do.. i havent installed panda security firewall while performing custom installation. It didnt break my internet connction.

Now i have facing one more issue. After installing and registering, on the main page, in the red background it says "DANGER - it is advisable to restart to to keep your computer protected"....And at the end it says SOLVE... AFter hitting solve computer restarts and it still says same messege...

I tried quite few times but still it gives me still messege...

Guide me on this and also on firewall protection disabling internet connection...

Will i ever get a freedom from these issues... getting frusterated !!

Hiren

Go to start -- run, type services.msc and press OK

Panda services must be "Running" and "Automatic start". If any of them is not started, right it and select to start it. If that process shows any error, send us a screenshot of it

As the problem is caused by the firewall protection, try this hotfix: Network problems caused by the firewall protection of Panda Internet Security 2012

If the problem persists we will need you to run the PNMDiag 2 tool you can find in the Data collection tools subforum

Hi
I am having the exact same problem as Hiren. As soon as I install Panda Internet Security 2012 I get limited connectivity (i.e. no connection to the internet) and as soon as I uninstall Panda my internet connection returns. I also get the large DANGER warning when I open up Panda. I have tried all three of those updates with no luck still.

Is your problem also caused by the firewall? Uninstall and perform a custom installation installing only the antivirus protection

I installed only the antivirus protection and the internet is working fine. So I'm guessing it has something to do with the firewall. Will I be able to get the full functionality of the internet security in that case?
