Psevents.exe error and cannot reinstall Panda Global Protection 2017

Good Evening,

I had an error with PSevents.exe service stopping (Panda icon missing from system tray), so i've uninstalled Panda Global Protection 2017(portuguese language) then tried to reinstall it, but the installer stops with an error message. My machine runs Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit. Please take a look at the attached files.

I have experienced the same thing. I noticed another post on this topic dated 04/02/2017 from the administrator but, I do not see any updates since the initial post. Why is it taking so long to resolve this issue?
