Panda Account 2 step verification

Hi
I have set-up 2 step verification on my account using the Google Authentication App on my phone - it worked fine....

HOWEVER - today I had to factory reset my phone and now I cant get into the Panda Acc (for my activation codes) using the reinstalled Google Authentication App

I cant get in to the Panda account on the PC either as again it asks for the 2 step verification

How do I link the 2 together again Panda Account + Google Authenticator App so that I can get the code to enter into my account?

I cant get into my Panda Account because the 2-step verification you offer does not work!!!?????


I found this link to reset the 2 Factor Verification but this does not work either!!!!!!
