Blue Screen of Death NNStrm.sys

I am using Panda Global Security 2016 and I am encountering a BSOD and one of the things that is mentioned is NNStrm.sys. I have combed through the forum to figure out what is going on. I can't download the hotfix that is available since that is for the 2015 version. I have disabled URL monitor because past forum posts mentioned that was a temporary fix. Thanks.
