I had Global Protection installed and it suddenly told me it was not activated despite having several months to run on the contract.
Tried to log on to re-activate but my password was not recognised.
In trying to get it going again I think I may have re-registered with a different email address and have got the free version only.
Now I am totally confused and need to get back to my my original registration and get full version activated. I think Global Protection may have been superceded by Dome.
NB, I have had Panda on my computers for many years and normally get very few problems with it.

My suggestion is to install the new panda version Panda Dome in your computer and with the same activation code you already have you will be able to activate the product.
First you will have to uninstall the antivirus from Windows Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features.
Then download the new version Panda Dome Complete
Finally nstall the antivirus and activate it with your activation code.
