Panda antivirus dome disabling Teredo IPsec connectivity

I installed panda antivirus dome in my windows 10 computer a couple months ago and since i got it begin to have problems with Teredo IPsec connectivity when i tryed to play online. After much searching i found an article from microsoft (link below) wich says that Panda antirvirus usually have problems with teredo tunneling. I really like Panda Security but i dont know what else to do.

First of all we have to know which component is blocking the program. Turn off the firewall and check if the program works. If that does not solve the problem, turn off the application control. You can find instructions here:
