It´s the same for me. Panda GP 2016 tells me that HxTsr.exe is unknown and attemts to run. I can allow or lock.

It's a bug from Office 2016, I found on Google. Try to update MS Office.

According to the screenshot its being bloked by the Application control protection
You can safely allow it as it belongs to Microsoft (Microsoft Outlook Communications)
