[CLOSED] Panda Firewall is showing as Snoozed. Cannot Turn On

My laptop is showing that I have no firewall and that my Panda Firewall is Snoozed. I have Panda Internet Security 2016. Originally it was showing that it was off, but now it is showing that it is ON, after doing a scan with Malwarebytes that found 45 issues. It is showing also in the Control Panel, in Security and Maintenance that Windows Firewall is OFF and Panda Firewall is SNOOZED. Trying to turn on Panda Firewall through the Control Panel is impossible. When you press Turn on Panda Firewall a box asks if you trust the publisher of this app and when you allow it to turn on the Firewall nothing happens. Also it is not possible to turn on Windows Firewall as all of the options are greyed out.

Please help me turn on my Firewall so I can safely run my laptop.

What Panda product version are you using? You can check it in the version.ini file located in the antivirus installation folder
Can you provide a screenshot of the firewall protection status in the antivirus interface and in control panel?

I also have Panda Firewall is Snoozing and cannot turn it on. My Microsoft firewall is turn on.

I installed Version 18.00.00 on Jan. 25, 2017

Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same problem. Panda is snoozed in the Action Centre of Windows. Does not turn on when prompted. The desktop icon says it is on but won't run a scan. Completes in a second and says no threats.

Can you provide a screenshot of the firewall protection status in the antivirus interface and in control panel?
Run also a scan with Panda Cloud Cleaner
