I'm using Windows XP SP3 and I had the psevents problem. The trick to change the date (to April 21st) makes the installation possible. BUT after restoring the real date, the panda interface is not displayed correctly (no text, no buttons, nothing except the top menu icons). And if I restart the computer with the real date then the antivirus will not start at all.

This doen't work, at least for me. When I launch it the system stops this and writes that the service was started and then stopped because some services are being stopped automatically when there is nothing to do for them.
Though if this is launched with date 21st of april it works. But I need Panda working for current date.

Thus the issue still exists for me, Windows XP, can't launch Panda product, no Panda icon in the bottom-right.

When will this work as normal?

I'm using two pc with Windows Vista and one pc with XP and I had the psevents problem.

I don't have problems with pc using Windows7/10

My problem is identical to that of Igor

I have Windows Vista on my computer and I had the same error messages and couldn't reinstall the software. Changing the date to 21 worked well but changing again to the actual date stopped the Panda Product Service. This service will not restart manually as well.

I've been watching this thread for a week or so now since I, too, have been experiencing, on my Windows XP Pro SP3 computer, the same problems that others are having. To attempt to get rid of the PSEvents.exe errors, and to get the Panda Control Console to show up again when called, I uninstalled my Panda Security Global Protection 2016 software and tried to do a fresh install. That "solution" left me with no protection at all. To get some measure of protection while Panda Security comes up with a fix, I downloaded and installed (without problem, I might add) the free version of AVAST Antivirus. That seems to be working quite well. I did this as a temporary measure, but ...

Have rebooted the pc. Doesn't work. No Panda icon at the bottom-right, no ability to launch Panda control pannel from Start menu, no ability to check a file by right button of mouse.
If to change date to 21st of april it works. All is as earlier. Windows XP.
Is rebooting enough to get back working Panda?
