Panda causes blue screen

Hello,

I occasionally (2-3 times a day) experience blue screens. Windows says nnshttp.sys caused the error. Google says its your (Panda's) file.

If I close process monitor from Panda's settings, blue screens stop. Not even one occurs.
If I open process monitor again, blue screens starts to happen again.

A relevant forum topic says upgrade to 2017 version but mine is already 2017.

Good day,

-Uninstall with the generic uninstaller http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... taller.exe

-Run a chkdsk c: /f /r /x on the cmd and then a sfc / scannow

-Install again

Is the problem fixed?

Hello,

I started the commands you requested. However, while waiting for that computer I started to use my other computer and had the same blue screen from same sys file. I believe commands you gave can be a solution to a broken file or disk but given that I have same issue on a different computer problem must be sth else.

I should note that I leave my computer for computational tasks for long hours and days and never get a blue screen. Blue screens occur only when I use the computer. I use teamviewer, dropbox, onedrive, chrome, onenote, ms office and matlab.

hello,

Please follow this steps:

Download and run the Panda Generic Uninstaller file to the Windows Desktop, for example.
Link: http://www.pandasecurity.com/resources/ ... taller.exe

Click Yes when a window showing the following message is displayed:
Do you want to run this uninstaller?
WARNING: It will reboot at the end to ensure a clean uninstall.


Generic Uninstaller

The message Hit OK to reboot will be displayed, but even if the window is not displayed, reboot your computer once the uninstallation process is completed.


Install the antivirus and confirm us, if your computer runs properly

It would be a better customer service if you read what I wrote before replying. Just my humble opinion.

Yes, but, you removed the antivirus, executed the commands in the cmd .. and then reinstalled?

Yes and I started to use the computer again. Lets see if ill hit a blue screen or not.
