I run a manual deep scan and it gets to 25% and then hangs. It takes about an hour get there but even waiting overnight does not go any further. I've just renewed my subscription for the next year. What can I do?

I have the same problem i think it loop on the same dir all the time. I been waiting for 4 days for a email support. and nothing. Best to try and get your money back i say.
