How do you change the internet access permissions in the Firewall. When I go to settings > firewall> program control and select a program (they all have 'allow outgoing' - select edit and use the drop down box the change from 'allow outgoing' to 'deny outgoing connections' then OK, nothing changes. Allow outgoing is still shown as the permission, and I don't need winword to access the internet!

I'm looking for a free (or < US$5) downloadable electronic copy of the
manual for the Nintendo 64 game "Donkey Kong 64". I have the UK-PAL
