it showing in my account that i did not even purchased 2012, but i have records and i'm running on other two computers than i did purchased Panda Security 2012. It looks like i have different client # than on the paperwork

the problem i have is when i log in with my email and client # exact i have on contract it show that i didn't uptade to 2012 software and i need to purchase it. I paid and download it to 3 computers when i update Panda to 2012 Security, now when i have replaced my system hard drive i want reinstal Panda 2012 and i can't for this reason

This is something you should check with customer.service@pandasecurity.com as it is not a technical problem
Provide them the activation code you were provided when you purchased PIS 2012
