Not sure which popups are you referring to, but follow these instructions
Open the antivirus
Go to the services tab
Click Panda bulletins
Uncheck all the channels you want to disable and accept the settings

Re: Pop-up Panda add!
Sorry Virus Buster Adamas is obviously talking about the extremely annoying Pop-ups from Panda to renew or update software years before they are due to expire. Most of us use Panda to prevent such practices. The Pop-ups are unsolicited and a real pain. You should change to mine and do something about them. I have tried to follow your instructions to eliminate them but failed miserably. If you want to stop adware sign here.
Re: Pop-up Panda add!
Jorge thanks for your reply.
They are renewal pop up for 2012; I can't give you anymore info about it.
I followed your instructions..........let see what happens.
Thanks

Re: Pop-up Panda add!
Jorge your suggestion did NOT work!
BTW it's for 2013 renewal not 2012 pop up adds.
Thank you

Thank you for your post.
Will you kindly do a screenshot of the pop-up in question so that we can investigate?
Thank you.

Re: Pop-up Panda add!
In addition to the screenshot, can you check if the renewal channel box remains checked in Panda bulletins settings?

Re: Pop-up Panda add!
Hello,
To make a screenshot, when the desired window is open, you press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. The image gets saved in your clipboard, so that you can paste it in a .doc file or within Microsoft Paint.
Hope this info is enough.
Let us know in case you have any further inquiries.
Thank you.
