[CLOSED] Slow internet, bad connections and no video

I also just renewed my Panda protection to Panda Global 2012
- Internet connection is unbearably slow
- Videos (any kind from Youtube to Sports) do not open
- disabled the firewall in Panda and it didn't speed up my connection
- there are times when trying to bring up a website, I get a page of gibberish, strange symbols, etc
(I use Mozilla Firefox)

I need assistance asap.....

Ran the hotfix.

Pages load faster, videos still don't run.

Which Firefox version are you using?
Are you running the latest Flash plugin version?

Are the videos not shown or do you receive any error when trying to show them?

A week of downloading hotfixes and the best I get is incitement video.

With NFL.com and IMDb all I get is white screens where nothing runs.
Yuotube gives "An Error occurred, please try again later."

I'm using the latest Firefox 13.0.1.

I had no issues with Panda 2011, what did you change in 2012?
Why am I having to troubleshoot your product?

I also notice that Panda has not offered to refund my money either.

I am having exactly the same problem. Before I installed Panda Global Protection 2012 my laptop was working fine. Now it takes ages for my browser to load a page. Sometimes it doesnt load at all.. Also, i had a brand new mouse and after a week of using Panda a message appeared saying that my laptop couldnt recognize the usb controller, theres this program that got installed with the antivirus called Panda USB vaccine.. I'm not sure if that caused it though. Does anyone have a solution?

Is the issue resolved when you disable your Panda protection via the Panda tray-icon?

Which hotfixes apart from the one suggested in this thread?

If you want a refund, contact the customer service department
Its no sense offering a refund before even trying to resolve the issue

Problems were never fixed.

Customer Service is refunding my money.

Loaded Norton yesterday, works perfectly.
