[CLOSED] Panda Active Scan Cleaner stalled at cloud report
have attempted 3 times to scan with the PASC. Update and scan completed in minutes. problem comes when the report is coming back from the 'cloud', it never completes. program goes through sending- receiving- and gets stuck at 'analyzing'. Have waited 30 minutes with the timer ticking, no results

This problem will be corrected in the next version, click cancel and apply the disinfection

cancel just closes the program no other options

What kind of malware issue are you experiencing to run ActiveScan Cleaner?

win 7, 64 bit, dell desktop. Win compatibility tester says that your program is xp sp2 format and incompatible. Is there a 64 bit version? is this possibly part of the problem?
Have a bug that is renaming the netgear wireless network to a random name and won't allow the computer to sleep (hd blips every 3 seconds). It gets through my renamed user name/password for the router modem. The router is on a lamp timer and resets every night, but i have had to hard reset the router twice.
It seemed to come on a thumb drive from a material supplier. There are group of cookies that are written to the user\roaming directory that seem to rewritten. Have scanned with most everything out there. Superantispyware finds the 16 cookies and deletes. AVG alerts on 3 of the same files. Panda cloud just stalled like the cleaner.

Its 64-bits compatible, which product and version are you trying to install?
Probably you are running the installer in XP SP2 compatibility mode
Right click it and select properties
Then go to the compatibility tab and check that it is not set to be run in any compatibility mode
Regarding the wireless and router problem I believe it could be a hardware problem
