Hello robertjohnes,
do you host you webpage on an own webserver in your local network, or isit hosted in cloud Server?
If you don't have control of the server which host the homepage, we can't check the content for malware or other vulnerabilities.

Re: How to secure my website?
Well, if you do have a website you do want to protect, an antivirus is not the correct protection method. You do need a professional full equipped and firewall to protect incoming as well as outgoing connections thus protecting all communications from and to your site.
Protecting a web server is not a matter or not allowing virus to come through but also uninvited guests, and programs.
If you really want to protect your web server, you have to go to a proffesional product to protect your perimeter, and not a home version of an antivirus.
