Psanhost.exe Buffer Overflow Exception

I am using Panda Cloud Av(18.01.00) on a HP Compaq laptop running Windows 7 SP1 32 bit. I have noticed in reliability history the following event: Application Host Service became inoperable due to buffer overflow exception related to psanhost.exe. What is it and how to elimanate?

Thanks, though I miss the product auto upgrade. It would be good in some cases.

I am afraid we do not autoupgrade if we do a radical change of version, like on this case.
We do it automatically, if it is a minor upgrade, but not a big one.
