Dome 18.05 PSUAService.exe error

Windows XP (SP3)
Athlon XP 3000+ CPU (which does not support SSE2)

Since starting my PC this morning, the following error occurs evey ten minutes:

Application popup: PSUAService.exe - Application Error : The exception unknown software exception (0x40000015) occurred in the application at location 0x78b2d635.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I've restarted my PC twice and done a Panda "Critical areas" scan in the meanwhile, but the error continues to appear. Please advise.

I am getting the EXACT same error message with the EXACT same memory address.

This just started happening last night (have been using Panda for several years now).

I have exactly the same problem on a machine running XP (SP3).

It would be helpful if someone from Panda could step in with a fix.

Otherwise, irritation/inconvenience levelso point to an uninstall.

I am also getting the same two errors every 10 minutes. Started 2.5 hours ago, at 11:59pm 5/1/2018.

Looks like everyone reporting this error have older operating systems.

if that does not work, try sending the psinfo for the machine:

Panda Support Information tool

From a computer with Internet connection, download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.

Accept the license agreement.

Now, access the General tab, fill in your customer and product details and describe your issue.
Tick the Do not send, save local option (psinfo1.png).
Click Start for the hardware and software collection process to begin.
Once completed, send us the resulting file, in .7z format
Example: COMPUTERNAME_[DATE-TIME]_PSInfo.7z
Attach to an email all files requested and send them to us to complete the study of the incident and solve it.
