Password reminder.

I have reinstalled Panda and have forgot the account password i requested a reminder Email but the password doesn't look like anything i would have used (i normally make them something i would remember) and it doesn't work am i doing something wrong?

I am not sure where are you trying th password reminder.
if you request a password reminder, we normally credate a new password, temporal for accessing the console, so you can change it to whatever you want.

The email includes client number, username and password, the pop up box Activate Panda Dome (where you add the email address and password) says "This email address is already associated with a panda account please enter your password" i have typed the password in the email into the box and i keep getting a message saying "incorrect password make sure you're entering the correct password for your panda account"

Am i correct in thinking Panda works even if you do not access your account?
