Panda Global Security is disabled, Can not run reinstalation

Suddenly i noticed that my panda global security antivirus program is not running. I can't even open it manually. Then i tried to reinstall it, but by pc deny to install it. It says "Can not run in this operating system". And even panda dashboard suggest me to contact the tech support. It suggest me to attach a zip file named PsNanolog_AD25.zip in the forum. But it can not be attached due to its large size. Here, only 1 MB data can be attached. So i made a screenshot of the dialogue box and attach it here. please post a reply asap if any clues has been found of my problem. I'm feeling insecure.

No joy! Same result. I couldn't even uninstall The "Panda Global Security" from my computer!

Okay, then try to eliminate the remains of Panda Global with this uninstaller:

Then try installing again.

Successfully uninstalled the previous program. But still can not reinstall it. Same result again!!!

In this case, it is best that you open an incident with our technical support in the UK.

Fill in this form and attach the PsNanolog_XXXX.zip file:

I have a similar issue. I tried to install the installer and remove all the remains of Panda Global but it didn't work.
