False positive on our software
Hi,
I'm one of the developers of MicroBlocks, a new programming language for 32 bit microcontrollers. A couple of schools have complained that Panda Antivirus Pro reports that our installer contains a virus.
What can we do to get the software inspected and whitelisted? It can be downloaded at http://microblocks.fun/download.html

We have analyzed the file and it is not detected as malware.
To prevent the file from being blocked by our protections, I suggest that you add a digital signature to the file.
If not, send us the exact file that is being detected and the name that we give to that detection.

The exact file is microBlocks setup.exe, which you can download from this URL: https://github.com/bromagosa/microblock ... .setup.exe
I'll look into signing the app, but I'm not sure how easy signing Windows apps from a Linux box will be... will investigate.

In order to continue with the study of your incident and resolve it, Panda Security needs to gather the following data from the computer:
Information
Panda Support Information tool
From a computer with Internet connection, download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.

Double click the file and accept the license agreement so that the information about hardware and software from your computer is gathered.
Select your product and click the option Collect Support Information. Follow the wizard through and fill in all the requested fields.
When the data collection finishes, select option Do not send, save local and send an email with the .7z file generated as soon as possible.
Note: The format of the file is:
COMPUTERNAME_[DATE-TIME]_PSInfo.7z
Attach to an email all files requested and send them to us to complete the study of the incident and solve it.
