That can be caused by some temporary files and they can at times take a few reboots to be completely cleared out. Let us know if you have any other issues.

I recommend doing a complete uninstall / reinstall of PCOP. Follow the link below and use the uninstaller tools to remove the software. If you are getting error 1547 that can indicate that the MSI file is corrupt. Have you tried downloading a new Waagent.msi from your console and running that?

PCOP version 6 and later does not use a pav.sig file. Instead of this, the virus definitions are updated using a set of cache files. By doing this, the software can update to the latest definitions much faster since it only downloads and updates the changes in the definitions.

Please verify that all Panda services are running and not stopped in the Microsoft services console(services.msc). Also, if you are running Windows 7 the UAC setting being set too strict can cause issues such as this.
