Thanks for detail to fix. I previously was able to uninstall the agent and protection before PSANHost.exe ran up the CPU and threads. Restarting and installing again fixed the issue.

We have the same problem at a few sites. Currently battling a Windows 7 machine with 4 GB RAM, 238 GB free disk space, I3 3.1 GHz processor. PSANHost.exe has 148 threads and 25% cpu. [CLOSED] How do I remove Java?
I want to remove old Java versions from computers. If that means removing all Java versions and then reinstalling Java, then I am okay. Does anyone have a procedure for this request?
