Re: Blocking Cloudstorage (Dropbox,Google Drive etc.)
Dear Razzaguhl, In order to block dropbox you can create a firewall rule using the application firewall so you can block the sync action. Othe course of action you can use is to create a Proxy HTTP --> Acess Policy blocking the access to the sites. Bear in mind that almost all these sites use HTTPS ...

Re: Blue VS Green
Hi Bjb, There is no technical issue that prevents you from doing what you want to do but We believe that if the customer only has a LAN zone and a WAN zone, its easier to setup the eGD in router mode with only two zones. If the end customer has 1000 users, bear in mind to check the size of the machi...

Re: Problem accessing hotspot login page after enabling http-proxy
HI Bjb, In ordert to allos green zone users to see the blue zone hotspot, you may need to create different rules on the Firewall (interzone traffic) but We believe that the hotspot in the blue zone was not designed to be connected from the green zone users. Bear in mind that the different zones mean...

Re: Blue VS Green
Hi Bjb, The Blue zone, by definition, is the zone for the temporal mostly not trusted users whose basically will be connected to your network a day or two in order to perform a specific task. It can be used to handle the Wifi connections made by the users but knowing that the amount of traffic that ...

Re: https enable /ssl certifcate
Hi Salmanryk, The installation of the certificate in all the machines can be done in different several ways but those are up to the system administrator because he should be the one that knows how the network is setup. In any case, here an example on how to do it: https://technet.microsoft.com/es-es...

Re: public Ip blacklisted
Hi Salmanryk,
Instead of allowing guest user to be connected on the LAN zone, connect them to the BLUE zone for example and block the port 25 in order to prevent those machines to send Spam.
Best Regards

Re: telnet to exchange servers
Hi Salmanryk, If you close those ports, user will not be able to send emails using the exchange server so the best way to go is disabling the telnet in the network computers using a GPO. Other solution might be to upgrade all the operative systems to Windows 7 or above where the telnet application i...
