Hello, Im experiancing the same problems with BSOD errors pointing towards ( NNSStrm.sys ). ( also happens when installing Diablo 3 with blizzard installer ) i had the error each time i tried to install ( tried 3 times ) Turning off the Monitoring URLS did not work for me i still got the same error....
