So the tool fixes many of the affected computers. However, I have several computers where one item from black Wednesday was was not removed from quarantine. Usually affecting our much used and much needed ERP system. How can I find and free this quarantined file. Especially since the web admin tool ...

My customer pc's in the UK have updated the with new sig. We ran the manual update from the settings page in Panda. I looked but see no manual update under the settings tab of my PCOOPA. I agree a more technical explanation where we can verify the fix has been applied before rebooting a machine is needed. Could you check that the quarantine folder located at "C:\ProgramData\Panda Security\Panda Security Protection" is empty? Some are empty, some are not. None have a newer...

So how do we verify the signature file is the good one. The most recent signature file on any of my Panda machines is from 8:49AM ET.
