A fresh install of all components/agents followed by a .NET repair/reinstall seems to have worked! A virtual machine Win 10 preview even installed all .NET components automagically! Same here, I get a .NET error of no IPC port connection on a freshly upgraded win 8.1 to 10 Enterprise.
Seems strange that no one responds to this, and not seeing more people complaining of the same problem.
Can it be an isolated issue?
