I actually only installed AVG after this problem kept happening to see if it would have better luck. It found some other infections, but not those. The infections are Malware:Trj/ExplorerHijack and PUP:PUP/IEToobar.
I tried to extract my PCOPinfo file so that I could copy-paste its contents here but it's password-protected (which I'm guessing you already know).
