Downloaded and executed the PCOP info procedure.
Tried to attach the outcome file .7z, but it's 1,7 Mb, and it exceeds the max attachment size.... please help.

Dear Jorge, thank you for your support. Still problems though. Following your instructions, I downloaded the uninstaller and GP2016 (trial version). I cleared the old GP2014 with the uninstaller but I cannot install GP16.exe, it says it's not compatible with "Panda Antivirus Platinum". Thi...

Hi, In May 2015, I bought a Groupon 5-years licence for GP2014 - with the obligation to register within June 2015. I did it and everything was ok until I switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10: GP2014 disappeared and I cannot install it anymore, due to the expiry date above mentioned. What can I do ?...
