Re: Windows Defender tells me "Actions needed by Panda Firewall". What's that about?
Thanks for your reply. I think that wouldn't be a good solution. I want to have alerts about the firewall if there really is a problem, just as I was alerted a few weeks ago when the antivirus stopped working due to a failed software update. Therefore I have uninstalled Panda and installed a differe...

Re: Windows Defender tells me "Actions needed by Panda Firewall". What's that about?
I have checked in the security and maintenance control panel and it says that Windows firewall is on and the Panda firewall is off, but how do I instruct Windows to stop giving me the false alert? I can't find a setting for that anywhere. I need to sort this out so that I don't mistake a real proble...

Windows Defender tells me "Actions needed by Panda Firewall". What's that about?
I am using Panda free. I use it for the antivirus. I never told it to be my firewall. I'm not even sure it can be a firewall because I can find absolutely no settings in Panda Free to do with a firewall. However Windows Defender is now showing an alert saying "Actions needed by Panda Firewall&q...

Re: panda av free mysteriously uninstalled, can't reinstall
I've tried again and got an error log this time, but it's larger than the maximum attachment size to upload here. What should I do?

panda av free mysteriously uninstalled, can't reinstall
On one of my computers I found today that Panda Free had completely disappeared, even though I hadn't uninstalled it. I couldn't find it in the Windows search box and Windows Defender was doing AV duty. I tried to download and reinstall, but I got a message that an installation was already in progre...

Re: Free antivirus no longer working
Thanks for your replies. I ended up doing a normal uninstall with the Windows "programs and features" tool and then reinstalling and now it says that it is working.

[SOLVED] Free antivirus no longer working
I'm not quite sure how long this has been going on for, because the Panda icon is hidden in my system tray, but I suspect it has been happening since the recent Panda update, or perhaps since the recent Windows 10 update. Basically a short while after starting the antivirus it stops working. I get a...

[CLOSED] How do you restore some, but not all, files in quarantine?
Say you have three files in quarantine. You know that one is a false positive and you want to restore it, but you're not sure about the others. How do you restore just that one file while leaving the others where they are? I tried to do this today and I ended up with all the files restored.
