I tested with windows 7 OS, the blocking is working fine with Windows 7. but is not working with Windows 10. pls short out this issue.

yes. I sync the Panda agent before made download from utorrent and I pretty sure all configuration are sync with Local Agent.

I am having the following problems with Firewall Programs feature.

I made a rule to deny access (No connection) to utorrent application. But the application still has the network reachability instead of blocking. pls help me to solve this issue.

yes, after the zip, google mail did not detect as a malicious file. I replied to support mail with a required file.

thank you Mary77, I sent required info via google drive link. because Gmail not allowing to attach that file, It detecting as a malicious file.
