Panda cannot block phishing test pages

Please help.
When I tried to do a phishing test page on AMTSO website, Panda couldn't block the page. On AMTSO Phishing test page shows that Panda is able to block phishing site. The web browsing antivirus feature has been activated but still can't block the pages.
