Hi,
You'll need to right-click on the agent on the local machine, goto "Privacy Mode Options" and click "Privacy Mode". This will turn it back off.
Note, you have to do it from the local agent as not not possible via the console.

Re: PCSM System Profile Groups
Hi, Groups are created in the hosted portal so you shouldn't see anything being associated to the users machine where they were originally created from. If you log into the console with another users account on the same PC are you able to see the Groups? What are the Role(s) assigned to the accounts...

Re: send pop up message to end user
Hi,
Can you explain what exactly are you trying to achieve?
Are you getting an error when creating any component? Or are you having problem with a component you have created when executing.
As for popping up a message, you can use the "send a message" speech bubble.

Hi,
If the switches have IP's assigned you could setup a ping monitor. But as mentioned SNMP will be available later in the year.

Re: PCSM and UltraVNC Viewer
Morning, The password used within CSM is defined as part of the agent install. Even though you could set a new password, this does have an effect on how you might use the remote support function and is best left alone. The way connections are established to machines remotely is all done via the CSM ...
