Hello Odyseja,

there are no fix IP's for PCEP services. It works with a cluster and sending mails should be done via smtp.mep.pandasecurity.com.
If there is a IP on blacklist and the mail couldn't sent, the next try will done with another server.

at the moment the support is in a transition phase, but you can write an mail to support@pl.pandasecurity.com.
We will inform the guys in PCEP Headquarter to check the IP address and request a delisting.

there is no official support for Windows 10 and Panda for Desktops.
Maybe you should take a look for migration to Panda Endpoint protection.

Hi fofo16, this could be related to 2 different problems: 1. Take a look on "C:\Windows" if there is a file like "RAVTC.tmp", "RAVPA.tmp" or "RAVDG.tmp". Maybe 2 another letters in "RAVxx.tmp". Delete this file, reboot and check that it isn't created...

"allowed" yes, but it isn't recommended!
Activation of 2 firewalls can lead to conflicts.
We recommend to decide for 1 firewall and deactivate the other.

did you reinstall PSM Agent after upgrade to Windows 10?
Maybe Windows doesn't upgrade all related files to our software correctly.

First step after upgrade should be a clean installation of PSM and antivirus software as MS recommends.
