I would recommend contacting your local support department. If the agent is crashing and providing a stack trace a support ticket should be created and handled there.

Make sure the uvnc_service is running and that there are no additional VNC services running on the remote device. These can cause password conflicts. If there are no additional VNC services just make sure the PCSM VNC service (uvnc_service) is running.
