1-download file completely(use a download manager for sure)
2-full scan your system with Panda Cloud Cleaner before installation process
3-remove other antivirus software
4-try to use another user profile(like administrator)

Update structure completely changed in new products, if you are an old panda user you may remember we have single file that call "pav.sig".
But now this single file convert to several files !
