Hi Support Team,
Our customer has a network setup that is designed so that some endpoint does not have an internet connection for security purposes.
Is there any other way to migrate these endpoints that don't have an internet connection on their workstation?
Best Regards,
Christian

Re: Full sync every change on the policy
Hi Darth,
I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you that our console is already Aether platform and the version is also lates 8.50
But still, we need to push a full sync every time we change something on the policies.

Full sync every change on the policy
Hi Darth,
Some other Endpoints are needed to be full sync every time, when we change something or block something on the policies that we made and all the endpoints have an internet connections.
Any other solution on this matter?

Re: Blocking printer in SM/EPP
Hi Darth,
Thank you for your reply. We can able to block a shared printer on the Firewall via "Connection Rules" on the EPP.
But if it's possible that SM or EPP can be able to block printer that using a USB port on the laptop/computer?
Looking forward to your reply.

Blocking printer in SM/EPP
Hi Support, EPP or SM has the capability of blocking printer? The printer is using a direct USB port to the computer or laptop to be able to print. How can we block the printer without using a firewall "connection rules" on the EPP or SM? Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, TCSDI

Hi Darth, 1.) I'm sorry, but I don't understand. When you execute ncpa.cpl, is the process killed? = The ncpa.cpl process are not killed 2.)
