do you have a URL which you know it is a phishing website?

send us the page you do think it is a phishing url, and we will analize it.

Do you mean your computer switched off, and you coud not switch it back on?

Why do you think panda has something to do with it?
did you take a look at the events viewer on your computer to check why it did switch off?

YOu can test your antivirus (any antivirus) from here:

if it detects the download, it is working.
If it does not detect the donwload, is not working.
