Uninstall the antivirus.

now check the instructions on the url:

and install the AV again.

Mostly would be a problem of not having the root certificates updated on a windows xp and a 2003 server.

Dear Client Well the problem most of the times with this error, is due to operating system not allowing our installer to enter the registry files freely. The operating system does not give us full rights to write on this part of the registry, and the user has to do it manually. Sorry about this prob...

Thew Virus Detection files are "live files". This measn are not static, but always moving and changing. Also, there are different modules which can be detected and maybe not detected. If a file is moved to quarantine, means it is not a known virus, but a not known file. that is why we move...

it runs in order trigger an offer for Panda products

Get into the instalation path, and rename the file.

From PSExpCampaign.exe to PSExpCampaign.ex_

And that will solve the problem

Panda firewall is not active on the free version.
I am afraid that if the message is given by microsoft, you will have to setup the WSC not to give you notices about panda firewall, and let the system use the windows defender firewall.

what is your product please?

did you sort your problem uninstalling?

Go to the config, and unchek the option "pandanews"

check if that solves the issue, and get back to me with feedback.
