the only case i see opened with your email address is a case related to the number of licenses. Is that the case you are requesting info about?

It is indeed a very good suggestion. there were two or three versions right when we passed from being Panda Advanced protection and such to being dome in which we could not apply the upgrade directly, as there were many changes, and could not be applied in one simple update: it has to be a reinstall...

Hi robeyw, Some updates/upgrades requires to have the browser closed in order to make that update. That is not an issue, t's a normal behaviour. I don't know which antivirus version you have,but most of our antivirus shown the version in the About Panda option. And there is a Spanish version of this...
