Some files seem to have disappeared but not all.

Does it make sense to restart or should i wait for the fix?

thanks
We suggest wait to the manual solution.

Please give us any Information.
There must be a Coordinator or someone like this...
What`s the time range for getting this manual tool?
Send IT-Service to sleep a few hours....or stay awake?

I went ahead and came home... Drove 45 mins to an affected client's office today, sat there all day waiting for a fix. Drove another 45 mins home. Now, I get to do it all again tomorrow (pending their release of a fix). Aggravated does not even begin to explain my current temperament.

So just for info.

About 10 machines restored some files and seem to work.( in 3-4 hours )
Seem`s very slow - there`s no method to force the "automatic-update".

Hi Brian, we expect the manual tool to be ready in 1-2 hours maximum from now.
German phone support told us - he reads the chat logs...(testing/fixing) so.... we`ll wait...
hope this is a "wonder-tool" !!!
