I keep being denied access to my programs with notifications that read:
"Untrusted program blocked
Is this file essential for your daily activities and you need us to speed up the analysis?"
There are only two options (yes or no). Clicking yes doesn't allow me to run the programs.
If I scan the files, the message says "No threats detected", but the programs are still blocked by Panda.
I'm using Panda Endpoint Agent (version 7.50) and Panda Endpoint Protection (version 7.40.1).
Please help. How to allow my programs to run? I know they're safe.

You need to log in to administration console and from there you are able to find the blocked program and allow it to run.
it seems you have Adaptive defence product, this product designed to stop any unknown program from execution. hence, Panda lab at first step should examine this program and after that you would be able to run it. that pop-up question also, will increase the priority of that examination in panda lab if your answer was yes.
