Panda Endpoint Protection Plus doesn't disable Windows Defender

Post by rick.brandsma »

Hi all,

We are testing Panda Endpoint Protection Plus and we are ready to purchase it, but we have a problem when we install Panda Endpoint Protection Plus on Windows Server 2016. Windows Defender will not disabled automatically. Will there be a solution for that in the future ?

Thanks!

Regards,

Rick

And another issue, when you installed a uninstall password for Panda Endpoint Protection Plus and you will uninstall it from program's and applications he asks for a password, but when you download your uninstaller tool from the website it's uninstalling en don't ask for a password. Is it possible to fix that issue too ?

Thanks

If we are not allowed to disable windows dfender you can do it manually.
If we are not able to disable Windows Defender, you should ask microsoft why they are not allowing our antivirus to disable their antivirus.

You can get some more answers on how to do it.:

Hello,

I disabled Windows Defender and it worked. It also prevented the Chrome installation process. It even blocked the MS Office install! But when I disabled it, everything worked fine. I chose Panda Endpoint Protection Plus for my Windows 10 system.
