EPP could not block Facebook in Chrome.

Dear support,

I am using Endpoint Protection Plus.We configure web access control for a group. In the settings, we blocked social networking category.but in the endpoint user can visit facebook using chrome browser. but it blocked in Internet Explorer. Facebook is still accessible even after clear all cache files in chrome. meanwhile, we can see the local message from a local agent that facebook page is blocked.Pls, help me to solve this issue

You should add to the blacklist just facebook.com
