Panda and defender both turn off

Hi,

my office using panda protection plus. i have an issue about windows defender in windows 10. since i install panda security, windows always popup information Windows defender security and Panda Endpoint Protection both turned off. please advice for this issue.

I think your AV is not working correctly.
on the folder:

c:\program files(x86)\panda security\Waagent\walupg\data\afrep

you do have a file called psinfo.exe
righr click on it and choose the option

run as an administrator

once is run, wait a few seconds, agree with terms and conditions, and go to the Tools tab

double click on repair agent and protection.

Wait until the message "Tool Finished Work" and restart the computer.

Check is issue is solved.

Hi Darth Panda.

thanks for your advice. before I read your advice, I decide to reinstall the PC with win 10 32 bit. (previous 64bit). the issue does not appear for now. I will update if I install panda security at win 10 64 bit later.

Hi Darth Panda

I've an issue after install PEPP in windows 10 32bit and 64bit, if the notification both security turn off, the PC suddenly running slow. but on task manager, proc an memory running low usage. i've already try to repair like you post before, but nothing changed. i try to reinstall PEPP but still the same. for installation method, i'm using installer file from aether panda portal. so for some PC i need to uninstall PEPP because of it. please advice what should i do for this issue.
