Outdated Knowledge

Hi Support !

We experience an outdated knowledge on the endpoint, but the policy we using are already enabled the "Automatic Knowledge Update" we also tried to restart the computer But still the computer are outdated and the endpoint are connected to the internet. Any resolution/fix ?
