Panda report service

Hello!

I use panda adaptive dfnc 360. Afther restart on virtual machine with ms exchange CPU usage go to 60% and more. Afther that i see process "PANDA REPORT...", this process use a lot of my CPU and its try to start. Afther that i see the notification "2 objects in quaranteen" but i cant see what is that i dont have report. I Don have report in the admin panel.

What is this process and why use a lot of CPU only for try to start.

From a computer with Internet connection, download and save the Panda Support Information tool in your computer.

http://enterprise.updates.pandasoftware ... PSInfo.exe

Double click the file and accept the license agreement so that the information about hardware and software from your computer is gathered.
Select your product and click the option Collect Support Information. Follow the wizard through and fill in all the requested fields.

at the end the file will be automatically send to our servers.
